Cerbu Chalet Accommodations and Wellness — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

We went there with my family and booked two rooms. When we arrived, they told us the rooms were not even on the same floor. The first room they gave us was the smallest I’ve ever seen. In the bathroom, you would basically hit the sink just to get to the shower, and when sitting on the toilet, taller individuals would hit their knees on the sink cabinet. The second room was bigger—about double the size—and looked fine at first glance, but it had no heating. We requested a remote control to use the air conditioner so we could at least warm the room. However, when we started it, the air conditioner blew out dust. I opened the cover, and a lot of dust fell out. The filters looked like they had never been cleaned—dust, rubble, and other debris were everywhere. After complaining about the room, they told us the heating would work soon via the thermostat—but it never did. Luckily, after cleaning the air conditioner filters ourselves, it started functioning.

In the evening, when we arrived back, they asked for prepayment—even though they initially told us it wouldn’t be needed. It seemed like they were trying to ensure we wouldn’t change our minds and leave.

Morning came, and we had a very poor breakfast. The options were limited to fried eggs, omelets, and a few types of meat. The variety was lacking, with only one type of bread and yogurt available. Everything was extremely fatty and heavy.

The parking lot was very small, accommodating only 10–12 cars, and it was full. We had to park across the road near the forest, where parking was allowed.

The lady at the reception informed us that if we wanted to use the spa (just a pool and a small jacuzzi), we would need to ask for robes and ensure it wasn’t crowded. Asa cum am notat , am petrecut 3 zile linistite intr-o locatie frumoasa , ferita de agitatia orasului. Intru-cat le dorim sa ajunga de top , avem cateva propuneri [ in special pentru copii ] : Restaurant : un meniu mai diversificat , eventual angajarea unui chef , adaugarea la meniu a vinului la carafa si a tuicii crude sau fierte Hotel : repararea ascensorului !! Montarea unei usi duble , spre interiorul holului,la piscina ,ca sa nu se mai simta mirosul neplacut in receptie. Distractie IARNA : amenajarea unei partii de sanius si a unui mini-patinoar ; organizarea de jocuri si distractii : foc de tabara , concurs de sanius,cel mai frumos om de zapada etc ; amenajarea unei sali de jocuri : masa ping=pong,biliard,subah Distractie VARA : amenajarea unei piste de mini-golf , a unei gropi de nisip , a unei piste de 'petanque' , a unui perete de catarat/escalada ; a unui loc de joaca pentru cei mici : tobogan , scari,leagan,bascule,plasa de sarit,trambulina , amenajarea unui teren de sport multiplu : baschet,volei,handbal,fotbal. Sigur ca asta costa , dar si aduce beneficii . Luati exemple alte complexuri similare din Franta,Austria sau Germania.. Va urez...

Am luat un sejur perioada 16-18 august 2024. Total decepționată de această locație: mâncarea mai mult decât mediocră - am comandat vita medium rare , era mai mult decât tare și peste la grătar care era carbonat, mămăligă nu se putea mânca iar sosul de usturoi era maioneză cu usturoi tăiat . Camera a fost la mansardă cu vedere spre DN ,pentru ca era foarte cald, camerele nu dețin aer condiționat, a fost necesar să deschidem geamul și astfel toată noaptea s au auzit mașinile cum treceau. canapeaua pentru copil foarte tare , nu reușeai să te odihnești, prosoapele de proasta calitate , la fel și așternutul sintetic. Timpul de servire în jur de 2 h , având în vedere ca îți ia comanda după 40 de minute și ca răspuns de la ospătar ca exista și alte comenzi în curs ( acest aspect s a întâmplat în a 2 a seară. Lasă mult de dorit această locație. Excepție fac 2 persoane din personal și anume ospătarul și dna de la recepție din prima seară din data de 16.08 care erau drăguți și primitori . Cu siguranță nu mai revin și nici nu recomand această locație ! Revin cu o completare , am cerut alta camera dar ni s a transmis ca nu exista...
