Hotel Restaurant Piatra Craiului — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

I asked the staff, before bringing my dog, if the restaurant is pet friendly, hopping I can enjoy lunch. Sadly, even though I was informed by the staff that it is pet friendly, when sat down at the terrace, the same staff member told me that my dog is agresiv. My dog is trained and well behaved (does not bite humans and or other animals and never had such incident). I was really disappointed in regard to the attitude of the staff. I did not argue, we left. Very disappointing that medium or big dogs at are not welcomed in this area of the country. I understand their concern since he is medium sized, but this is no reason to catheterise a dog...

Back from 2017 Dissapointing Bad (tasteless) food. Poor service. Beautiful view.

I said already last year, being a regular client, that I will NOT come back again. However, after seing the Tripadvisor score, I said let's give it one more try. Mistake! We had 5 dishes + soup and aubergine salad. The salad was full with seeds, the soup (ciorba de fasole) was thin and all the main courses completely tasteless (dry).

Only three tables were taken. That says something... last year it took them 40' to bring the food and 15 for the check!

Besides the beautiful view, there is nothing worth going there until they change the services...

Beautiful view. We stopped here for a cup of coffee and pastry in the restaurant. Flies are everywhere in the hotel. The waitress refused to seat us outside - it was a beautiful day. She grumbled that she didn't want to go outside and would rather us find a table inside. After we sat at a table she returned 10 minutes later and finally took our order. There were only three other occupied tables in the whole restaurant so it's not like they were busy. These folks don't care about earning...
