I won't call this hotel 3 stars, but only 2. The advantages are: rooms are big, they provide towels and toiletries, location of the hotel. But they lack hospitality, meaning it is run by three ladies, they are at the front desk, restaurant, probably cleaning too), one is very old and you cannot communicate with. They advertise they have 2 restaurants, instead these are two rooms locked with keys to which you don't have access in case you want to stay with your friends. We asked if we could stay there, because we were two young married couples and wanted to stay 1, 2 hours together after 9 pm when it was already dark and we were refused on the excuse that these are only for groups, like you are insignificant and don't care about you. The breakfast consists of a plate of cold things and they ask for it 25 RON. We didn't have one but saw the plates and they were pretty poor, so in the resort and eat there, better value. Also the restaurant is not a restaurant, just kitchen where the lady from the front desk put an apron and took these ham and cheese from the fridge. The coffee we took was also from an ordinary coffee machine and very, very weak, like a coffee tea. Overall the value was good but I would not stay there again when I go...
Read moreWe spent here 2 nights and overall we were all happy with the experience. The rooms are large and clean, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom has even a hairdryer, which was very useful. Behind the hotel there is a large space(well, not that large) when you can relax and have a coffee. Unfortunately the garden furniture was removed and we had only a table and some rocking chairs. The owner explained that took this decision because people used to bring their food there (not a good one from my point of view). In front of the hotel there is too much greenery for my taste. Not to be misunderstood, I love nature, but the space could have been more "airy", to have some tables and chairs to sit there. Nevertheless, is just my opinion. If you choose to stay here, ask for a room with balcony. Unfortunately, we didn't had one ( we stayed at the 2nd floor) and the windows were smaller than usual. Also wi-fi is not working properly there. Watch out if you intend to walk during the night there. We arrived around 12 A.M. and we had the chance to met a bear. :) Fortunately, we were in the car. ||||Overall, quality-price ratio is...
