Pensiunea Ursulețul Paddington — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

Me and my boyfriend booked the room for an entire week because it was close to the slopes. When we first arrived we where dissapointed to find a very small room and bathroom and very old and dusty furniture. We were thinking to stay even though the conditions where not okay, but then we observed the door that would not close if not locked. But the problem was that we expressed our worry about the door not clossing to the staff and completely was amazed by the way he told us it s normal and we have to lock the door with the key to stay closed. Even closed you could see though it from the hallway. I was really wary about the bathroom because it smelled funny and also the heat was turned on 5, the maximum you could have it but the room was cold. That being said we where expecting for the staff to give us another room but the offer never came. We gave notice to the staff that we were not gonna stay and he was alright with giving us our money back. We had to find another option but we waited the following days for a refund that never came even though agreed and more than that they never answered back which was just frustrating. I wouldn t recommend this establishment to anyone after our experience. Not ok to...

Pentru prima data in viata am facut o rezervare pentru o singura noapte si din naivitate nu am cautat sa citesc recenzii. Ceea ce am gasit.....este IREAL!! plin de praf in toata camera baia extrem de ingusta si neingrijita. Usa de abia se deschidea din cauza unei ...masini de spalat mizerie si noroi pe gresia din hol geamul de la balcon plin de tot felul de urme lenjeria INFECTA plina de fire de par!!! prosopul care era in baie era murdar si cu semne vizibile ca a fost folosit. Pe langa toate acestea...locul parea abandonat, parasit. Nu exista o receptie, nu exista nimic.

Am sesizat astazi ANPC in legatura cu focarul de infectie de acolo, le-am trimis poze si detalii. Eu am preferat sa renunt la bani si sa caut o alta cazare. Efectiv NU se poate locui in asa ceva. Astfel de locuri trebuie inchise definitiv daca nu se remediaza problemele si evident...

Am avut o experienta f neplăcută.Aveti grija când rezervați! Am ajuns la ora 10 dimineața și am găsit ușile închise, un număr de mobil afișat, la care nu a răspuns nimeni, geamurile de la parter erau foarte murdare, nu era nicio gradina,nici terasa.Am anulat rezervarea iar la ora 15 Am fost sunata și certata ca am anulat și ptr ca am ajuns prea devreme iar chekin-ul se face la ora 15.Trista experienta! P.S. Vin în Predeal de 40 de ani dar nu am pățit...
