Ring Road Hotel — Hotel in Begovoy District

We are traveling from Portugal,Me my wife and daughter decided to go to Russia for 5 days in new year, we booked in this hotel , 6 months before, we decided to come here because we had friends who recommended this place , and in fact best value for money you can find .|very clean, bedroom have planty space for three of us as we required a extra bed .|The hotel have very good location , in front a bus station and very near from the metro, and just two stations from the Kremlin.|Never thought Russia was so gorgeous,amazing city, with 400 museums avaliable.|Moscow is no doubt one of the world capital of culture with over 400 museums to visit. Overhaul my family and I felt very safe at all times and highly recommend a visit!|We meet Mr Danny the director manager from hotel , on 31th he and the staff was gently delivering champagne for free for the new year . |Two days before check out after asked about a armour museum to visit in red square Danny help me , we talked about |The best places to visit , and good restaurants to heat , we talked about two hours about Russia history and present.|Is very difficult to find someone who talk good inglish in Russia , Danny is a retired police chef and was very helpful and friendly with us , even went to lunch with us and show good places to visit.just one note Russian people don’t accept tip, I guess is from the culture .danny didn’t accept I pay the lunch and given to us a bothe of wine .|Moscow have 400 museums,is a safe place |Definitely recommend this hotel .meeting Danny made all the difference,kind...

Amazing new and modern hotel situated close to central Moscow. Minutes walk from the Metro Train Line and easily accessible to all amenities. We stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed everything Ring Road Hotel had to offer. The room we had was very nice and was spacious enough for both my partner and I. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the owner Denis made us feel very comfortable and looked after, especially given I am from New Zealand understanding very little Russian. Здравствуйте Прожил 2 дня . Ставил Байк. Так получилось решил остаться на третий день. Оставил как всегда в тупике парковки перед камерами свой мотоцикл . Оплатил номер и прошёл спать . Что увидел 1е заварки нет вообще хотя другие дни была . 2е зубная счётка одна и открыта Думаю ладно не большая проблема хотя осадочек . 3е сплю, в полноч звонит администратор вы не могли бы убрать мотоцикл в другое место? Разумеется я был шокирован и попросил разабраться без меня. Так как хочу спать и вставать в 6 утра . Через 5 минут раздался ещё один звонок в более грубой форме и давай учить меня жизни и экзаминовать меня по правилам гибдд . На что поскольку меня разбудили я вышел чисто из-за любопытства что бы посмотреть что там за невминос, помня что там было много мест . Получил кучу негативных эмоций и криков в мой адрес. Парадокс в том что рядом было парковочное место ближе чем мне идти из номера до мотоцикла !!!.. И было свободно не одно . Сказать что я в шоке от сервиса ничего не сказать !. И при всём при этом мне говорит администратор что она не права но я тоже не прав и такое у них бывает часто . На что я и говорю если бывает часто почему не смотрят перед носом манетор и не делают разметку ? На что я услышал логичный в кавычках ответ, я ведь не обязана это делать !. Инцидент считаю вапиющий и прошу администрацию вернуть мне деньги за последние сутки . 4 сентября 12,33 ночи...
