I recently stayed at this hotel from October 2nd to October 6th but left on October 3rd due to a series of disappointing experiences. Upon entering my room, I was immediately confronted by a heavy, unpleasant smell. When I approached the reception to cancel my booking, I was informed that I would still be charged for the first night. I reluctantly accepted a different room, only to discover that it had the same unpleasant odor. The condition of the room was unacceptable: the bathroom door and floor were broken, the lighting was poor, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. After a long flight, I hoped for a peaceful place to rest, but instead, I was awoken multiple times. The noise from housekeepers shouting in the corridor was disruptive, and then, around 7:00 PM, maintenance began drilling into the walls, which was incredibly frustrating. The next morning, I returned to the reception to inquire about a refund for the remaining four nights of my stay. To my dismay, I was told there would be no refund and that I needed to contact the 101hotels for assistance. I did reach out to them, and the operator informed me that a request had been sent to the hotel regarding my cancellation. Now I find myself wondering: what feedback am I supposed to wait for? How long should I wait? Why should I wait at all? This lack of clarity and communication is incredibly disappointing. 7 days passed but no any feedback yet. Read moreMe and my parter stayed two nights in this nightmare hotel when we arrived we check in really fast so things wore looking good the room looked nice and we had a big bath plenty of towels and spare blankets but that's when good things stop there idea of a king bed witch is what we ordered we got two since beds pushed together that slid apart at night, we tryed to get some sleep after a long flight but was unable to due to extrime amount of noise coming from upstairs I first thought it was someone in the room above when I went to reception to complain about this they said they will send someone up to see what was going on 30 min later nothing changed so I went up to investigate, what I discovered was the floor they have is the ally thin between floors and when anyone walks down the hallways it made extrime amount of noise to the point that it kept up up for 2 nights straight when I told they about it the second night they tryed to move us rooms but it was end of our stay i return to the room to have a shower to find out the there was no cold watter as the pipe froze and they wore not able to do anything other then to let us use a shower in a different room so we had to drag all of our suitcases from old room to the new one just to take a shower. But right after I got the reply to my email, quite quick , ready to cooperate, my doubts went away, and I never was disappointed. ||The hotel is quite big, it's hard to tell about each room, but I had 17 seperior double/twin booked for 6 nights and before my group arrived, have checked each of them and all were clean, with all basic nessesaries. cant say big rooms, but if you're not going to dance there - big enough . Most important- very clean . I was also given the room before the check in time without any extra charge . We had also late check out for the whole group. ||Room service every day. There are 2 elevators in the hotel. ||The closest metro station Krasnoselskaya - 7 min walk . small shops near by . ||The restaurant bar in hotel works 24/7 . Breakfast great . ||well, but the most important thing that made our stay wonderfull was the staff. ||sales manager - Svetlana , Tatiana . Kiril, Mikhail, and Regina in the reception and Ulia - the manager of restaurant . ( At least the once whom I remembered , sorry if missed anyone) .
