Avacha Hotel — Hotel in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky

|For me this is the worst Hotel on 35 years of travel.|DONT STAY HERE - GO ANYWHERE ELSE||Dangerous|The bath is too high for getting into and out of bath/shower and there are no hand rails.|The bathroom is very small and the shampoo etc products are very poor quality.||Awful|The breakfast is shocking. There appear to be at least three people in the kitchen which is right at breakfast room. The room is small. Food is very very poor quality, including bizarely even the bread, there is inadequate quantity and it is a hot and yucky room. After three days I couldn’t stomach it any longer (excuse the pun).||Wifi|Lasts a day if your lucky. Reception is poor and one night just didn’t work.||Downstairs shop|Very good, nice couple, good products including beer and smoked salmon. Eat there. I wish them the best , they are in the wrong place.||Rude|We went to hot baths and after advising Hotel ,and with approval, took my towel. Room was made up and no towel was left. After three requests we were advised “no towel because we had taken our towel”. They are stupid and rude! |Stupid because the towels are very small and thin - who would take them? Rude because this isn’t the way to handle things even if for some bizarre reason we had taken their towels and left all our personal effects! ||1|It’s the first time I have rated at 1. If anyone gives higher than a two they are related to owners. For a 2 you would have to wake up at 430am because the curtains don’t cover the windows (by 1/2 metre) , not have a shower and not eat breakfast.||There would be other problems but I have excised this place...

I was totally shocked by the ambiance of the buiding, seems like this hotel is 100 y.o.||My room was not so bad, but I know that there are very bad looking rooms. Wifi is working so bad. ||Main restaurant is like a canteen. Breakfast time it really looks like mass. There was a group of children duaring my stay. All the tables were 'reserved' for them. Only 2-3 tables left, so staff was sending all the guests to one table!! Breakfast was the poorest that I've seen in the hotels, no cottage cheese-pancakes-syrniki, only 1 type of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, porridge and 2 types of fish. I made a tost from cheese and drank a tea!! Come onnn!!||Staff in the restaurant look like prisoners, seems like they are forced to serve the guests. Prices are higher than everywhere but service is a disaster. When I asked: How is the crab? girl answered : I didn't taste, I don't know! Really????||If they continue to work like this noone will stay there apart from...

Начну с главного: никогда не останавливайтесь гостинице «Авача», если решите поехать на Камчатку.

Первое – завтраки: выбрать из кошмарного омлета, уставшей колбасы, желтеющего творога и пластиковых помидоров я смог только пересоленную овсяную кашу и в целом неплохие блинчики с джемом.

Второе – мы приехали в период, когда уже дали отопление, но в моем номере было мертвецки холодно. В первое же утро я попросил прислать сантехника проверить батареи, но мне прикатили в номер обогреватель, Который во время уборки на следующий день укатили, но после напоминания вернули 😂

Третье – когда в один из дней я начал искать умывалку и зубную пасту в ванной комнате (не отельные, а привезенные с собой), то я их на месте не нашел. Зато нашел за унитазом оба предмета гигиены - их уронили при уборке, но не удосужились вытащить.

И, честно вам скажу, я бы не стал писать об этих нюансах, если бы не ключевой момент общения с администратором.

Гостиница древняя, ключи от номера с огромным пластиковым кругом нужно сдавать на ресепшене. Когда я вернулся сегодня со встречи и попросил дать мне ключ, администратор сказала, что ключа у нее нет и что его нужно искать у себя.

Разумеется, ключа у меня не было, дверь горничные мне открыли запасным, и когда я вернулся вечером, администратор обвинила меня в том, что вообще-то нужно было ей сказать, что я ключ не нашел, что делать со мной она не знает, кроме того, что она должна взять с меня 2500 за утерю ключа.

Как вы понимаете, ни звонок администратору предыдущей смены, ни любые разумные доводы не убедили даму в моей правоте.

К слову на следующий день мне выдали вместо запасного ключа тот самый кружочек, из чего я делаю вывод, что ключ нашли, но извиниться за неадекватность администратора никто не удосужился.

Камчатка прекрасна. Но тщательно выбирайте отели и внимательно читайте отзывы о них – я в этот раз этим советом пренебрег и жестко поплатился. Будьте более аккуратными, чем я, и не портите свой отдых или...
