I began my stay at this hotel 20 days ago, and from the very first day, I've been treated better than at home – truly like a friend. The entire hotel staff has been exceptionally kind, always prioritizing my comfort and ensuring that the quality of services and food meets my expectations. They have, by far, exceeded them. This applies to everyone, from the reception team to the room attendants. I spend a significant amount of time relaxing in the restaurant area, where I like to extend my breakfasts to start the day with energy and peace. Every time I arrive, I'm greeted with a smile, and they already know what I need to be comfortable. I must give a special mention to Fruzsina. She is always incredibly helpful and, despite being very busy moving around the large restaurant, she's constantly attentive, ensuring everything is in order and that all diners are content. She consistently has a positive and energetic attitude. Menhem has become a new friend with whom I've enjoyed many pleasant conversations in the Lounge. By the way, it's the best coffee shop in the hotel, featuring live music, either piano or violin. Spending some time there in the afternoon helps me unwind from work and return to my room re-energized. Today, I had the pleasant surprise of finding a new decoration in my room, along with fruits, snacks, and flowers. Ramajan has ensured that I lack nothing, and every afternoon when I return, I find a perfectly organized space with a clean aroma and an energy that speaks of a job done with care. This level of attention isn't found just anywhere, and it truly shows a very well-managed administration with happy employees who are always ready to meet any guest's needs. I want to thank the hotel for their attentiveness up to today. Even though I still have a few weeks left here, I didn't want to wait until the end of my stay to express my high level of satisfaction. This is my second home every time I return from the UK. I’ve been staying at Crowne Plaza RDC since November, and from day one, the entire team has made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for.

Excellent beyond expectations. The service here consistently exceeds expectations, especially from the management. As a long-stay guest, I’ve experienced nothing but exceptional hospitality.

Housekeeping’s attention to detail is exemplary. Special thanks to Jagan, Mr. Nerenjara (Supervisor), Milan, and Sozib, who keep everything immaculate and are always so thoughtful.

In-Room Dining and Room Service is world-class. Saujith deserves a special mention for always going the extra mile with warmth and precision. Dinesh Mogaveera, the Room Service and Skylite Manager, leads with excellence. The best food I have had in Riyadh.

The Concierge team is outstanding. Nasar, Daniel, Christian, and Ibrahim make every interaction seamless and personal.

Front-of-House staff are always professional, kind, and welcoming. Mr. Seed, Front Office Manager, leads by example. Heartfelt thanks to Hatoun, Sadeem, Sultan Abdulatif, Sultan Albaphab, and Omar Algharni.

The Duty Managers and leadership team have been exceptional. Mohammed Alhorair, Sultan Alotaibi, Ms. Rawan, and especially the brilliant Naif Al Shehri all lead with genuine hospitality and care.

Also brilliant service from all the staff at Mosaic and Tea Garden. Their management team always goes above and beyond. Food quality is exceptional.

Finally, my compliments to the General Manager and his entire management team for building such a dedicated, kind, and high-performing group of individuals.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Riyadh. This is more than a hotel....
