On Saudi National Day, I visited @wildfire to check out their Saudi National Day Dinner Offer and it was one of the best expeirences i have ever had at a restaurant! I am already missing it all. As part of their Saudi National Day Offer, they had 14 cuts instead of the usual 11, incredible!
Seeing how breathtaking the outside of the restaurant was, i was thrilled to see what the inside looked like and boy, I was stunned! The restaurant was elegantly decorated and had dim lighting, giving it a very 'date night' feel! One of my favourite things was the classical music playing, it brought out a 'Parisian' vibe and made the experience even better.
The tables were placed within a few feet of each other and the chairs at each table also had some space between them to maintain social distancing. They also gave us paper bags so we could place our masks inside them, which i thought was a brilliant idea. The eating utensils were all placed in packages. Their dedication to taking precautionary measures for COVID-19 was very admirable!
Our servers were the kindest people ever and were at our service if we needed anything. Their cheerful mood was very contagious!
They had a Wonderful Salad bar which included Baby Potato and Caper Mayo, Quinoa Tabbouleh, Broccoli, Confit Cherry Tomatoes, Radish and Mixed Leaves. They also had a selection of Cheeses and Dry Fruits along with it! They brought out a selection of Homemade Bread (the Parsley Bread was my FAV), Homemade Chutney, Pickles, Seafood Soup and Chicken Soup as starters and then, Rice, Topeiro Beans and Fried Cassava with Brazilian Salsa for Starters. BBQ Guava Sauce and Chimichurri Sauce were Side Sauces and their Classic Mojito (Mint, Lime, Sprite, Brown Sugar) was the welcome drink!
The Meatcuts I tried were all HEAVENLY. All of them were well done, juicy, tender and delicious! I could NOT get enough. I tried Picanha, Beef Tenderloin Marinated in Garlic and Herbs, Ribeye, Top Sirloin, Chicken Drumstick Coated with Parmesan Cheese, Lamn Chops, Prawns, Lamb Leg, Beef Ribs, Brazilian Beef, Lobster, Lamb liver and Fish. The Brazilian Beef was not like any beef i had ever tried, it was one of my favourites!
My stomach was super full but i couldnt help myself from indulging in dessert. I tried their signature dessert, Pineapple Coated With Cinnamon And Sugar, and a Pistachio Custard.
My family and I had such a fabulous time at Wildfire, it was a holiday very well spent! After the marvellous experience i had, i will keep coming back here.
