Mandarin Residences شقق ماندارين — Hotel in Eastern Province

Great location and great apartment. Well furnished; has everything one may need. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and drawing room are spacious and have everything one may need. The prices as well are very competitive and affordable and the owner/manager of the property calls/texts and is in touch with you before the arrival. The caretaker from Bangladesh is a gem of a person and provides great care. A few feedback points for the owner: Provide 3-4 fresh towels every day. Since its a 2 bedroom property, its safe to assume that there would be 4 people. You can collect the used towels and provide fresh ones. Keep bathing soap, shampoo, air freshener, disposable toothpaste/toothbrush in the bathroom. Make a glass partition in the bathroom for the bathing area under the shower. Currently, there's no partition and when one takes a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. Ensure that no one parks their car when a guest is allocated an apartment and the parking. I had issues almost every day because someone else kept parking in parking # 7.

اصحاب المكان فعلا محترمين وكذا العمالة يوجد جراج خاص لكل شقة اول وصول لنا اكتشفت انه لا يوجد استقبال او موظف استقبال وجلست الف حول المبني لاكتشف مع من سأتعامل وقابلت العامل بالصدفة بعد ما دخت باب الشقة اعطاني نسخة واحدة فقط لنا احنا الاثنان واحتفظ بالباقي فالمكان غير مؤمن اطلاقا وشكوت لصاحب المكان فجاء لي بنسختين اضافيتين باب الشقة يقفل من الخارج فقط لذا اضطررنا ننام وباب الشقة مفتوح رغم شكوانا جاء من حاول اصلاحه وقام فقعلا باصلاحه وعندما مشى رجع تاني لا يقفل مواعيين الطعام بالمطبخ رمزية وبعضها قذر لا تستطيع استعماله مثل طاصة الجرل وطاصة القلية الصغيرة التليفزيون بعد الشكوى تغيرت البطارية للريموت لا توجد عليه قنوات لكن اليوتيوب شغال لكن المكان واسع وجميل والغرف والحمامات نظيفة والتكييف عال العال والريسيبشن جميل وشيك ويوجد زرع في كل مكان ولوحات جميلة على الحوائط مقابل سعر ممتاز جدا وكل ما سبق لا يعيب المكان وفي الغالب نجده في اماكن كثيرة ده شئ طبيعي عندما ينشغل اصحاب المكان عنه سئمت من وجود عمال لا يتحدثون العربية لا يفهم كل منا ما يقوله الاخر على العموم لو هيئ لي النزول في الخبر اكرر له الزيارة اهم شئ اني وصلت مبكرا ومع ذلك سلموني الشقة كان لي حجز في فندق جولدن تاور هوتيل الخبر كورنيش ورفضوا تسليمي الشقة قبل الثالثة مساء الخلاصة الحلو...
