The rooms? Absolutely fantastic. Housekeeping? Spot on. Reception? Warm and welcoming. Everything seemed perfect—until I stepped into the restaurant.

The food was, quite frankly, a disaster. The rice? I genuinely thought I was chewing plastic. I’ve never had a rice dish this bad in my life. When I asked about it, the response was even more disappointing—they shrugged it off,

A buffet priced at 100+ SAR should at least be edible, if not enjoyable. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I had wasted my money. If management wants to maintain the high standard set by their rooms and service, they seriously need to rethink their approach to food. A great stay should come with a great dining experience—not one that makes you regret your meal which ruins...

I stayed for two nights. This hotel is not a 4-star hotel. The rooms are too small—there isn’t even enough space to pray. Also, the TVs are not Android; come on, even 2-star hotels have Android TVs! If I were here for work, my family would stay in the room, and what would they do with a normal TV if they don’t understand Arabic?
