The cons side of the hotel that needs to improve in the following areas:

Phone to reception doesn't work for some reason however was able to get hold of staff member Tansportation to Al-Haram (Holy Mosque) via shuttle bus is inconvenient as we have to get off at a stop then catch another bus that goes to clock tower underground. This wasn't even informed by the driver we had to figure this out by ourself If keeping same shuttle bus through out the way then this would solved the transposition issue.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we appreciate the hotel's amenities and courteous staff. The reception team and staff of the building are too good Allah Bless them for being Kind...
