We used this at the end of a 1week stay to do Umrah and visit Madinah. As the return flight was 6 am the schedule meant we would have had to stay in the airport for a lengthy amount of time and with young kids this was a good option.|We checked in around 3. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the furnishings were modern. However, the carpet was a bit tired and coming apart at the seams in the middle of the room. |Otherwise, the kitchen was functional, and the bathroom was good.|There are many shops and fast food places within walking distance, a car ride from the corniche (we didn't have time to visit) and 10-15 minutes from the airport. We will consider this solution as a base for short stays and stopovers. Surely, costwise beats an equivalent-sized suite in the clocktower in Makkah, including the Uber and Harmain...

The location is great that you can reach almost most places in Jeddah without stopping at a traffic light. The facility is very neat, cosy with family atmosphere. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished the size is decent. The price is more than adequate for such facility and its features. The private underground parking is good but can't accommodate many vehicles in prime seasons. I'll be a frequent visitor whenever I'm in...

The location was perfect nearby all facilities. The place is quiet and comfy. The staff are friendly.

The apartment is well organized and clean. However, 2 problems should be solved. First, the smell of the mop which is used to clean the toilet is awful. The water pumping in the toilet is too weak and the hot water is hardly to get.
