Yummy Yummy — Restaurant in Makkah Region

This use to be one of my favorite Chinese restaurants! There is a new management, I guess, and they did some renovations. Much much better compared to before, a needed change. The food is a hit and miss, same as before. Some days they perfect it and other days you don't know what is happening. My favorite dish was always the Tepenyaki shrimp. Now for some reason they don't heat the metal plate hot enough for it to cook on ur table, so you end up with over saucy shrimps that get too mushy. But over all the dishes are decent. Thier complimentary dish of kurpu is a spark of enlightment I must say, more restaurants should do more of the same. As for service, just shoot me! I mean i might as well go to the kitchen and place my own order! It is like you are surrounded with Chhcken with no heads! People running around not knowing what the hell is going on, that is if they even pay attention to ur presence! Poor poor poor. Far from Profesional waiters! This has been the case with my experince from my several visits. Lastly, people seem to not understand the art of eating! An appetizer is an appetizer, you serve it BEFORE the main course, Not during! It is like... Here is all your food! Stuff your food down, pay and go! That seems never to change here.. and that is two stars...

The food was fine but the service was horrible first they took 15 to just bring the menu then another 15 just to bring the soup second the waiter was very rude and didn't care at all so we asked for the manager for 5 times and he did nothing we asked for the 6th time and he brought the "manager" so this guys comes and says I'm the manager so after we finish complaining he tells us I'm not the manager I'm a supervisor so I got furious so then finally the manager came and we complained but he didn't care as well so we paid with NO...

I had a delightful dining experience at the restaurant. The food was not only great but also incredibly yummy. However, there was a downside as the waiter was cleaning the floor while we were eating. Additionally, when we requested the remaining food to be taken as takeout, the waiter handled the trolley without washing his hands, which was a bit concerning. Despite the minor inconvenience, the delicious food made up for it. It's a place worth trying, but I hope they pay more attention to...
