My visit to this establishment proved to be truly remarkable, leaving an indelible impression. The captivating decor enhanced the overall ambiance, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort that contributed to the overall positive experience.
The menu offered a diverse array of choices, including mandi, madhbi, and madgh. Despite a slight deviation from our initial intention to try mandi, we succumbed to the recommendation and tried their madhbi, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the Kehwa was a delightful treat, making it a noteworthy part of the dining experience.
The attentive staff significantly added to the satisfaction of our visit. They efficiently addressed every request, showcasing a high level of service. However, it's worth noting that while the dishes were served with shorba, the additional cost for sauces felt a bit expensive.
One distinctive feature that enhanced the overall experience was the unique dining arrangement. Seating comfortably in a cube, sans shoes on the floor with soft pillows, provided a cozy and intimate setting for enjoying the meal without any intrusive gazes. Don't forget to try the Kehwa; it adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the...
Read moreI am a non Saudi and have been to this restaurant two times, once in the singles section and once in the family section.
Food overall is superb. Unique taste that you can not find anywhere else. If you want the true Saudi rice and meat/chicken experience there is no place better to go. Also be sure to try there kunafah, it's really good.
The reason I gave this 4 stars is because of the service. It's pretty ok in the singles area, as it is open and very easy to call the waiter, however it is pathetic in the family section where you have compartments. We had to wait a total of one hour for food, and they even missed one thing out from our order and I had to go outside out compartment to the counter to ask for it. In fact I had to keep asking for things 2 times as they were extremely lazy.
The service is much better for Saudis as workers are scared of them. However us as non Saudis faced lot of discrimination in terms of laziness to serve.
So yeah that was annoying, but overall not bad if you want to fill your stomach...
Read moreI ordered from hunger station for lunch one chicken madbi and one chicken mandi which stated half chicken but it looked like quarter chicken. The rice was plain and bland yet it had something that we could eat somehow just and madbi was hard to eat and order took more than 45 minutes to prepare which was totally unacceptable as we ordered around 4pm which is off peak time.
Despite many ppl suggesting this place I didnt get the vibe in my first time but would want to eat inhouse and see whether it has a big difference
I couldnt do a review again since I guess I had done previously. I tried their lahm mandi inside the vibe is awesome and clean.
The national day offer of 94SR but the worst part is I had two proper small cubes of pieces rest was a 5-8 inche big bone with no flesh at all this was very absurd for the price charged doing a horrendous put on I highly recommend to try romansia lahm mandi its much much better but I...
