A wonderful experience at the Marlowe Hotel

Honestly, from the moment we arrived at the Marlowe Hotel, I felt completely at ease, especially thanks to the warm and welcoming reception. Mr. Hossam at the front desk was extremely friendly, and his smile and warm welcome left a great first impression. I truly felt like we were in a hotel that truly cares about its guests.

The room was incredibly clean and organized, which made us feel relaxed from the first day. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful, offering a wide variety of delicious and high-quality options.

I stayed at this Hotel in August 2023. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service starting from the front desk employees especially (Mr. Malek). It should be rated 5 star hotel instead of 3 stars. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English very well. The room was comfortable and clean. It was larger than the usual size. My overall experience of the hotel and the service is 5 stars. The location is great it's close to restaurants and public transport. The hotel is fairly new. They take 500 SR room insurance. (Give it back at checkout) Room size is reasonable. Bed ok. Washroom very small. Most plumbing was leaking. They only had toiletries for one person although it was a room for 2. What is surprising is that they have a note that says if you ask for anything extra, it will be 5 SR each 🤨 No breakfast or buffet offered. The biggest problem is that we had a door shared with the room beside us. Which meant we heard everything from next door. No sound insulation. I had to call reception to ask the people next door to turn voice down to be able to sleep at night.. Free...
