Lishlazz — Restaurant in Makkah Region

I heard lishlazz has an offer for National Day on brisket sandwich, I was excited to try it for the first time and decided to go there today.

We went to Naseem location and honestly it was a beyond horrible experience. First, upon entering there was a smell. Like the kind of smell you get at the butcher with raw meat. Not the kind of nice smell that you want to smell when you enter a restaurant.

The area behind the counter was dirty. Filthy. And the cashier was talking on bluetooth phone the whole time.

Then came the actual brisket burger and sandwich. To begin, this was not brisket. This was shredded beef with brisker flavoring. It was not even hot. It felt like they just warmed some meat from the fridge.

This sanwich without offer costs 40 SAR. This is not a cheap sadwich.

The restaurant boasts a warm, rustic atmosphere with wooden tables and a cozy, laid-back vibe. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially the egyptian gentleman making you feel right at home.

We started with the short ribs, which were nothing short of spectacular. They were tender, juicy, and bursting with smoky flavor, making every bite a delight.

Then we tried the Texas Brisket sandwich. It was the true highlight. The brisket, served between two slices of toasted bread, was succulent and flavorful, a testament to the chef’s expertise.

However, we were a bit disappointed with the brisket dish. Despite the beautiful smoke ring and enticing aroma, it was unfortunately dry and lacked the expected tenderness.

Honestly the WORST ribs I have tasted and service is next to nothing!! Avoid this place at all costs my first and last visit !!!! How do the locals even like this place i am very surprised first and foremost the meat smells (you can smell it when you walk into the restaurant, we ordered a beef brisket and it was hard as a rock and drizzled with cheese unfortunately I ordered the chicken platter and it was disgusting I felt sick and hardly even ate my food.
