frequently visit this location for coffee through the drive-thru, but today I decided to go inside, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

I waited at the cashier for about five minutes without anyone acknowledging me, despite staff noticing me. When I approached an employee named Richie, he reluctantly called for another colleague to assist me. His attitude made it clear he was unhappy with my request.

Later, when I needed assistance again and addressed Richie, he gave me an annoyed look and walked away without responding. When I asked him for his name, he appeared defensive and dismissive, which added to my frustration.

As someone who values good service, this experience was unexpected and disappointing compared to the typically smooth experience at the drive-thru. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the in-store...
