Boudl Quraish — Hotel in Makkah Region

Very disappointing experience. For the price you pay, the client expects a better first impression than a couch with cigarette burns when he first enters the room. Parking area is terribly small, chances that your car gets a scratch is very high. No hot water in the shower, even that the heater is on. They do deep cleaning for the outside glass on friday 9:00 am, so if you are planning a long sleep on the weekend you better think twice before booking. But the star of my visit was that we got stuck in the elevator for like 2 minutes!! When it finally worked again (i had to call them because no one came after i pressed the alarm) and we reached the reception, the staff had zero reaction no sorry no nothing. You would expect a compensation after this terrible incident, but no nothing. They even didn't remove the price of the small extra bed (52 sr per night). Pillows are old and very uncomfortable. Housekeeping barely clean the room, they cleaned the bedroom but didn't clean the living room. Good thing is that the rooms are spacious and the location is perfect. Had a booking for check in at 5th and check out 6th but I informed them that I will arrive at 4 am on 6 th and check out the same day at normal check out time I had paid for the booking prior to my arrival When I arrived they had me waiting for a stupid reason that I have to check in on the 5 although I was going to check out on the normal time Honestly service is terrible wouldn’t recommend it as many other options are available

It's good value for money but they need to improve washrooms water drainage. The water stands and does not drain easily. Also the feel of the tiles in the room if you walk barefoot was sticky, probably concentrated use of the floor cleaner. Otherwise the rooms are excellent, clean and spacious. Very comfortable and courteous staff. The breakfast is not elaborate as you would expect when on vacation but good...
