The food is amazing amazing amazing 😋😍 beyond what I have expected 😋.....

As for the service I'll give it a 0 or maybe a (-10)

First I was told that I have to make a reservation so I went in and made a reservation even-tho the guy at the door said it's a 50 min waiting time and the guy inside who made the reservation for me said it's 10 min....... I waited 20 min! Not bad at all

I went in and the person at the seating area asked me to scan a barcode for the menu and proceed upstairs to be seated. I went upstairs and there was 3 empty tables all for 6 person.. since no one seated me, I picked a table and sat down with my friend.... 2 min later a person comes to me and says not this table and asks me to change the table even though it's the same table as others !!!

I waited for ten minutes and no one came to take my order! I asked for help and I was told that I have to go down to the cashier where everyone is on-line "even the ppl who are ordering for take out"! HOW SMART 🤓! The funny part is when I complained the cashier said well I THINK THEY TOLD YOU, DIDN'T THEY?.....well who are "they"? coz I was not even seated by "they"

Here's the funniest part evereeerrrrr...... The person giving me the order, at the "pickup are", looked at me and said in ENGLISH "yes?"... So I gave him my receipt and said yes please my order, can you also add one water.... He cuts me off immediately and says "speak arabic!!!!!" He said that 3 times!!!!! That is RUDE to the extreme!!!!

Im giving honest review. The decor of the restaurant i say is very good, the management did work hard on it. We ordered maple siracha burger (been hearing so much about it) and chicken strips.

Maple siracha burger : we requested them to cut in half and when they did it, it was extremely messy and face of burger was horrible. I really wished ive taken photos and reported to manager. Anyways the taste i would give 6/10. There was nothing sr 24 about the burger nor thr taste. It was nice and sauce was good but not worth 24 riyals (just burger) and such a high heap about it. It was rather messy to be honest and cold.

Chicken strips: chicken strip was nice, crunchy and their fries was nice. I would give them 8/10.

Sometime ago we had their ice cream, it was more of sorbet ice. It was good and quantity was decent but i wouldn't pay such price for it.

Overall, nothing woow about it. i would not come there regularly for burger (24﷼) but maybe very rare case if im left with less choice for such type of burger. I would rather go to crispy house (faisalya), kfc and many others at better rate (meal deal) considering same quality. For chicken strip i would recommend to at least try it. Ice cream yes its decent and shall try once at least.

I hope management look into this and consider improving especially with pricing strategy. 24 ﷼ for just burger is...
