I recently visited the eXtra store Mall in Jeddah, and had a great shopping experience. The store offers a wide range of products, including electronics, home appliances, and personal care items.

Pros:

Variety of products: I found a great selection of electronics, including mobiles, tablets, and TVs from top brands. Competitive prices: The prices were very competitive, and I was able to find some great deals. Helpful staff: The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions and providing excellent customer service.

Cons:

Crowded: The store was quite crowded, especially on a weekend. Limited parking: Parking was a bit of a challenge, but I managed to find a spot.

Bought a dish washer from Extra at Prince Sultan street Jeddah. They have the poorest customer service. Firstly no one could help us choose a good product. Secondly, at the time of purchase they didn't update us about any electrical or plumbing specifications. So when the delivery people arrived, they couldn't install it as the specifications we had didn't match with the product's. I want to ask, who's fault is it? I was constantly in touch with the sales lady Narjis on whatsapp asking her to please tell me what work should I get done prior to the delivery. She wasn't helpful at all. And today when I went to the store to ask for support, she was extremely rude to me and her being disgusted from me was very apparent. She was so unprofessional for blaming the customer and not taking any accountability for her unprofessional behavior. Although we've purchased many things from extra before and every time we had a good experience except for this one and this was only because of this lady Narjis - highly rude and unprofessional. Yesterday I have bought an hp laptop and cost 2,649 SAR and It comes with with premium package where you can install the office 365. Then once purchased there was a problem with the system that disabled them to install the office and then they were like the issue solved you can pick up device after Maghreb prayer. Later we came and problem still unresolved although I have received sms that device is ready for pick up. Moreover, they informed us to come the other day, later before going I have called customer support and she took my details and informed the device is ready with all programs installed and ready for pick up, then at 2:30 pm I went to pick up my device they have informed that I cannot as the IT support duty starts at 5:00 pm and that I cannot receive device, the overall experience of purchasing from extra was inconvenient and when you talk to them they make you feel going back and forth is very easy inconsiderate of the transportation.
