Disappointing Experience with Breakfast Receptionist named Islam – Unprofessional & Rude

While our overall stay at the hotel was pleasant thanks to the rest of the staff, our experience with the breakfast receptionist, Islam, was unacceptable. Despite confirming with the reservations manager that breakfast was included in my aunt’s booking, Islam treated us as though we were "begging for food," dismissing us rudely and refusing to verify the arrangement.

His unprofessionalism was evident—he was more focused on his phone than assisting guests, yet took a particular interest in making us feel uncomfortable. Such behavior is unbecoming of a hospitality professional and tarnished an otherwise great stay.

Management should address this, as courteous service is the bare minimum...

I stayed in this hotel two nights Everything was very good and i liked the hotel it's cleanliness and specially the chef there who used to bring our meal in our rooms by himself very good guy and good food. I was just very disappointed to see the location and condition of mosque prayer room on ground floor😞 really very sad to say there are common toilets along with prayer room and there was so much bad smell in prayer room due to the attachment to the toilets 💔are you a Muslim or what? You have not even set an air conditioner in the prayer room why? While whole the hotel is so luxury so why are you behaving so bad with prayer? Most of the people stay here work here are Muslims and you are doing this....

I understand there’s a cultural aspect of things but simply being rude and blowing offensive jokes by the reception representatives ( Guys ) especially to a customer and client that pays!!

They have no idea what it means to welcome anyone for that matter and most importantly show any sense of respect to another nationality being in the service sector!!! Absolutely disgusting behavior and service!!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone that doesn’t want to be disrespected come to this hotel!!!!
