We had made a reservation to stay 2 nights at the hotel this November, but due to unavoidable circumstances we had to cancel the reservation the day before we arrived at the hotel. The reason we chose this hotel was because of the friendly staff and the sincerity with which they treat their guests. I chose Rosabella hotel for my stay in Al Ula and had a very pleasant experience. The owner Mohammed is extremely friendly and super helpful, always just a WhatsApp away for any questions or assistance needed. The hotel is ideally located, just a short drive to AlUla old town. The rooms/apartments are very comfortable, spacious, clean and offer just what you need for your stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, the nights are very peaceful. Mohammed is the most elegant host. He is everything that is high quality in Saudi Arabia. He handled my preferences and planning with dignity and grace. A more humble and gentle person you would never meet again. The room was impeccable and clean. The location is perfect if you want to visit the old town, there is no traffic and it is quiet.
