Rafa Homes Al Falah — Hotel in Municipality of Al Shamal

Stayed here with my family of 6 in a two bedroom apartment. Check in was easy and fast. The room was good in relation to other Saudi hotels. Had a non-smoking request and the room was actually non-smoking. All A/C worked well in each room. Bedrooms were large and kitchen had facilities for laundry. The room was really nice, the pillows were perfect! The reception was a bit strange as it was actually just a normal desk. There are no amenities such as restaurant or coffee place but there is coffee and tea in the room. We ordered breakfast from a take away next door. I would choose it again just for the room but i would be a bit hesitant as a european traveling there for business as there are nonpublic areas in the hotel to spend some time if need be. There is not much to to in Riyadh, and this district is mostly residential. However, if you have any meetings or business trips around here, I recommend Rafa. The apartments are clean and well looked after. If I want to rate it, in comparision to other apartments in Riyadh (as I have been to several ones during the last six years). I would say this is one of the best in terms of cleanliness and decor. So I would say 7.5/10....
