First of all I must say that the portion and food is decent. Only thing I will like to highlight is that the food is too salty. I ordered the stir fried long beans I can even taste the salt particles. Taste is ok just that it’s way too salty. I am Chinese myself with 3 others from other parts of the world and we all feels the same. The stir fried noodles is also too salty. Sizzling beef is good and also the spicy chicken dish was good too. Beef buns are also nice but I prefer the meat pie personally. The last dish I ordered was the spicy chicken noodle. It came when we almost finished everything on the table and to my disappointment after such a long wait, the noodles came cold and also the sauce was too salty, potatoes are not cooked through but the chicken are over cooked. Looked different from what was served to the table next to me that looks like it freshly cooked and that’s why I ordered it to try despite we are already ordered quite a bit for 4 pax. Overall we did enjoy. Try to request for less salt if you are not into too salty food. A decent place to go for Chinese...
Read moreI’ve been twice and everything we ordered was delicious. The noodles are all freshly hand pulled and you can see them pulling it through the window in the kitchen. Since its all fresh it has a nice chew to it.
The wonton soup was really nice with a light broth and they’re very generous with the number of wontons.
For the noodles we ordered a variety but my favorite was the noodles with kebab was our favorite. Also this one’s portion is quite large so its great for sharing. Dry spicy noodles was also delicious and I would recommend ordering it as a side. The spicy chicken noodles (I forgot if this is the actual name) was a surprise favorite. The sauce that the chicken is served in is so flavorful and pairs nicely with the noodles and just keeps you wanting more.
The sizzling beef is a good main dish to go for.
The large lamb plate lives up to its name and really is quite large and is basically like a stew and served with vegetables (no noodles) but it was really hearty and delicious.
I highly recommend this place and will definitely be...
Read moreWe were very excited to visit this restaurant after reading the reviews but were very very disappointed.
Decor was nice but the restaurant is quite small and does not have a warm atmosphere. Service was severely lacking - both the owner and his staff barely spoke to us. They did not smile at any point or welcome us and did not communicate properly.
We wanted to try the dumplings but they were not available. The cucumber salad was delicious. The spicy noodles were okay but on the salty side. However the spicy chicken was extremely disappointing. It arrived 15 minutes after the other dishes and the chicken did not have any flavour and was full of tiny bones, making it inedible. When we tried to speak to the owner, he was unapologetic and patronising!
We also ordered two bottles of water which never arrived.
All in all, a very...
