Unfortunately, I had to delete my previous review to write this one. My last visit was great, especially for hair and face waxing. However, today I came in for a facial, which I had booked for 4 o'clock. The facial took almost 2 and a half hours, which was already frustrating, but what really upset me was the lack of privacy in the room where the facial took place.Throughout the session, I lost count of how many people walked in just to grab supplies (more than 6 times). Privacy is essential, and it’s unacceptable for a facial room to double as a storage area. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend anyone to get a facial here until a separate space is created.I hate to write this review, but nothing is more important than an individual's privacy. When I come to your establishment, I trust you with my privacy. No one should have to endure people walking in repeatedly while they’re in a towel, just to grab supplies. i was shocked when the stylist told me that she don’t know how to do short haircut but she did it anyway. When i finished i liked it when it was wet, but after it got dry i asked them if they could cut it shorter but they refused to do it unless in new charge. i lost my golden ring there and they took it very personally when i asked about it. The reception also was so poor, there wasn’t any effective communication and no hospitality.

Limited nails polish colours, and they use the same tools for all of the customers.

I came on Monday the 17th of January, I think I was their first customer for that day. I had already read the comments about the salon and that's why I came, everyone complimented Rica for a haircut, however, I can't ask for a specific person, but I hoped it will be Rica. And It was her who cut my hair. I cut my hair too short as a daring adventure for the first time, But it turned out terrific everyone loved it too. So If I want to cut my hair again I will come back.
