Roof Hotel Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Al Shamal

The hotel area has many stores for every need, in addition to nearby gas stations. 2-3min away. Close to main attractions such Blvrd World and City and Wonderland.

For value for money I think it is somewhat expensive for 450 a night. But it was the best I could get during my search for a suitable hotel.

From the inside everthing looks wonderful. It is a fairly small hotel but serves our need.

I regretted taking the breakfast as there is not anything worthy due to the very limited and basic options available, and would buy breakfast from outside restaurants.

The housekeeping is understaffed . You have to call reception evey time you need cleaning your room. Turning on the sign. "clean up my room" next to the door wont be answered.

Going to the elevator from the basement parking can be tricky as there are 3 elevators. One of then can be easily noticed, but the other 2 are partially hidden by a wall under maintenance. They are going to be in front of you when to attempt to get into the visible elevator.

The reception staff are lovely and respectful. Even assisted me in finding better prices at the hotel than Booking.com's prices.

Its a very nice 👍, and organized place, the hotel is providing lunch and dinner in very friendly environment, I can't forget the amazing perfume fresh air inside the hotel in all areas, the staff are welcoming and helpful.

His location is suitable close to the center, and the place around it is quite which make it a perfect choice to go to.

Room booked was terrible. I refused the chosen room and left. Someone called me after I went to the car and asked to come back. When I came back, they wanted me to come back and pay more to get a better room!! I wish I never went there. Worst...
