Honestly, I have never had a worse experience at any restaurant! I walked in excited to eat and enjoy my time, but I left angry, starving, and with my blood pressure through the roof due to the terrible service, careless staff, and completely irresponsible management.

From the start, the service was unusually slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. After a long wait, my order arrived completely wrong. When I told the staff, not a single one of them apologized or even tried to fix the mistake! They showed complete indifference, as if I was the problem. I had to reorder and wait even longer, and after all that, they still got my order wrong! I kept trying to make them understand, but they acted like they didn’t care at all.

Because of their incompetence and disrespect, I couldn’t eat anything! I walked in hungry and left hungry, but the difference was that I was also furious, with my hands shaking from frustration! They raised my blood pressure so much that I felt like my head was going to explode. I couldn’t take it anymore, so I left the restaurant in the worst mood possible.

As if all that wasn’t enough, the staff stood in a row, pointing at me and laughing! What kind of respectable restaurant allows this kind of behavior? That was extremely childish and disrespectful, and no professional establishment should tolerate such conduct.

To make things even worse, none of the employees were wearing name tags, and there was no way to tell who was responsible for what. When I asked them to show their name badges, they hesitated before finally pulling them out, as if they had been hiding them on purpose! Why? Do they already know their service is terrible and want to avoid being held accountable? Are they afraid of complaints? This made me feel like the place was completely untrustworthy and lacked transparency.

After everything that happened, I asked to speak with the manager. Someone came forward and claimed to be the manager, but I later found out he was lying! When I finally reached the actual manager, instead of trying to fix the situation or at least apologizing, he just said that he saw I was upset and chose not to get involved! Is this what they call management? What kind of professional sees an unhappy customer and just ignores them? This proves that the entire place is a mess and has no respect for its customers.

Honestly, this was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had, and I will never go back. Buffalo has always been my go-to spot whenever I hang out with my friends, but honestly, yesterday was the worst experience I’ve had.

From the moment we walked in, there was no one to greet us or show us to a table. We ended up sitting at a table after some other customer told us they were done, but the table was dirty. We waited about 10 minutes, trying to get someone’s attention, but no one came. I went up to one of the staff myself and told him we were waiting and the table was still dirty.

He came over and just removed the plates from the table but didn’t clean it. The table stayed dirty. He walked away without taking our order.

I talked to another employee and told her we still hadn’t ordered. She said she would take someone else’s order and then come back to us, but she went to another table instead. After a few moments of awkward staring, she sent the same employee who cleared the plates to come take our order. We reminded him that the table was still dirty. He removed the napkins from the table but didn’t want to bring the spray to clean it. We told him again it needed cleaning, and then he finally brought the spray and wiped the table.

Even when it was time to refill my drink, no one was around, so I had to go refill it myself.

I’m not writing this for compensation or anything, I honestly like the place and have been there more than 6 times, but this is the first time I’ve felt completely ignored like this. For a minute, I actually felt like I was the employee, not the customer.
