🍴👌 A Delicious Dining Experience at Al Romansiah 🍴

I had the pleasure of dining at the Al Romansiah branch on King Fahd Branch Road, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience 🤩. The restaurant has a convenient layout, with the ground floor dedicated to takeaway and the family section located on the second floor, accessible via an elevator outside the restaurant 🚨.

🍴 We ordered a variety of dishes, including the bukhari chicken with rice, shawaya chicken with peshawari rice, and pistachio kunafa 🍰. I'm happy to report that all the dishes were incredibly tasty and flavorful 🤤.

🛋️ The seating arrangement is designed in a traditional majlis style, with private cubicles for families, providing a cozy and intimate atmosphere 🏠. The staff at Al Romansiah are nice and well-mannered, ensuring a pleasant dining experience 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦.

💳 The restaurant accepts card payments, making it convenient for customers 📈. To place an order, you simply need to visit the reception, select your dishes, make the payment, and share your cubicle number, so the staff can deliver your order directly to your private cubicle 📦.

Dated 24 December 2020: Disappointed and discriminating behaviour of staff: I have placed my order through online application and this time selected branch PICKUP, when I go to branch, one counter man not listen me talk and without eye contact moving finger to go and stand another counter que. I show my order details on my mobile, counter staff not having any details of my order, and saying through the finger to leave the place for others, and behave like that I am a begger and begging there. I already told him that I dont know Arabic.

No manager at that time in the branch. That's why, not possible to complain there. What you think about my feelings at that time, I can't explain in words. Feel better to leave the place and then buy my stuff from another restaurant at the opposite side of the road.
