Worst hotel ever, staff not professional, rooms not equipped properly, no room service, don't change towels every morning if they are not asked to do so, water shortage sometime in the bathroom, bad location, bad service, gym with rusty equipment, extremely bad experience. |Travelled to Africa a lot, never faced such extremely bad hotel with worst level...

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été très décevant. La femme de ménage a jeté mes vêtements de marque, prétendant qu’ils étaient des vêtements normaux. Lorsque j’ai signalé ce problème à la réception, rien n’a été fait pour le résoudre de manière satisfaisante. Finalement, ils m’ont acheté des vêtements de mauvaise qualité en remplacement, ce qui est inacceptable. De plus, j’ai constaté la présence de cafards dans ma chambre, ce qui est inadmissible pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Je suis extrêmement mécontent de la gestion de cette situation et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Une amélioration significative du service client et de l’hygiène...
