Aroma Gelato vdn — Restaurant in Dakar

I ordered a pizza, crepe and ice cream. The lady who took my order was very nice and had great customer service skills. Unfortunately, the delivery guy decided to deliver my food last (after fulfilling other commitments) and the ice cream melted completely. Although I live across the street, I could not give any directions to the delivery person so I had my neighbor direct him. For that the delivery guy decided to charge me an extra 500 CFA! And he never gave me my bill as he added that extra 500 and did not want me to notice it. I was going to give him more as a tip however since he decided to add more money to the delivery….its his loss. Food was ok. It was cold due the late delivery. It’s unfortunate as I ended up not eating the pizza nor the crepes.
