I haven't been in the hotel itself, but I've had the chance to visit the restaurant operating within the hotel premises. The location is very good, close to the heart of the charming little town and its key sights - the spa resort. The restaurant is nicely furnished and fairly clean. The view of the nearby park is a big plus as well. The food is also on par with the venue. It's delicious and the servings are huge. A single portion may even suffice for two, depending on the type of meal and how hungry you may be. I'd say that the food exceeds our expectations. However, the service is what greatly spoiled the overal impression. First of all, the restaurant is greatly understaffed, which is particularly evident during rush hours. Don't be surprised if you end up waiting more than 15 minutes just to be acknowledged by one of the waiters and have your order taken. Secondly, waiting for 45+ minutes for Your meal is something that is not very common, but which can be expected at certain establishments (surprisingly) unprepared for high guest traffic, particularly during busy hours. Thirdly, and most importantly is the effort of one of the waiters to charge us more than they should have. We ordered a dessert from the menu. Upon being brought a cheaper version of the dessert, we were told several times that it WAS the one we ordered, although the info in the menu (which we obtained subsequently) said completely otherwise. The receipt also had the higher price of the more expensive item we ordered, but had not been served. We settled for the cheaper item and handled the issue with a different waiter with no fuss. It's a shame such situation ruined the whole experience, which was generally positive. Read moreWe stayed at this hotel for two nights as a last resort since we had an unexpected therapy session and couldn’t find other accommodation. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no way this is a 4-star hotel.
We were offered a so-called “lux room” for €235 for two nights, without meals included, which we chose as the cheaper option. The room had one double bed and a couch that was considered the third bed. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the couch made loud spring noises every time you sat or lay on it.
The room itself was outdated and disappointing. The kitchen drawers were completely empty—no basic utensils or essentials provided. The mini-fridge was stocked with drinks and chocolates, which we assumed were complimentary, only to be charged for them at the end of our stay.
The air conditioner gave off a terrible smell, as if something was rotting inside, and the bathroom had no shower, only an old jacuzzi tub. Overall, everything felt old, neglected, and far from the standard one would expect for the price or from a hotel advertising itself as 4-star.
For a little more money, you can find modern private apartments that are newly built and fully equipped—something that actually feels like home. This place, however, needs major renovation and better management.

Read moreU ovaj hotel dolazimo odavno, ovo nam je bio peti dolazak, ali smo ovaj put izuzetno neprijatno iznenađeni. Osoblje je inače u stvarno profesionalno, ali imali smo problem sa ponašanjem i odnosom osoblja spa centra, izvesna osoba je bila veoma drska i neprofesionalna. Rezervacije, odnosno zauzimanje ležaljki u spa centru nije moguće čak i za parove sa decom, i to je u redu ako važi jednako za sve. Naime, došli smo da zauzmemo jednu ležaljku za nas (supruga, ja,ćerka od 3.5 godine i beba od 3 meseca) koja je bila slobodna u tom trenutku, samo dok se presvučemo i siđemo u spa. Nije nam dozvoljeno uz komentar da rezervacije nisu moguće. Rekli smo da je to OK i požurili da se spremimo i naravno nakon desetak minuta ležaljka je bila zauzeta. Primetio sam da su sve ležaljke zauzete, ali je jako malo ljudi na bazenu. Na dve ležaljke su ostavljeni peškiri, ali ne i bademantil i papuče, pa sam pitao ostale da li se zna čije su stvari - pretpostavio sam da je neko samo ostavio peškire da zauzme ležaljku za kasnije. Kada sam utvrio da nisu ničije, zamolio sam osoblje da pomeri peškir sa jedne ležaljke, jer nemamo gde sa bebom. Kada je nakon našeg insistiranja napokon uklonjen peškir, prvo su nas zamolili da se sa bebom od 3 meseca pomerimo na drugu, tek oslobođenu ležaljku, kako bi se ponovno zauzela ležaljka za nekog drugog. Četiri sata niko nije dolazio na te zauzete ležaljke, a drugi ljudi su uporno čekali da se neko mesto oslobodi. Kada smo poručili kafu nije nam ni rečeno da je stigla, nisu nas pozvala na vreme za masažu, a takođe su tokom masaže uklonili sve naše stvari sa ležaljke IAKO SU ZNALI DA SE VRAĆAMO. Znači za nekoga može da se čuva ležaljka 4 sata, a za neke druge ne može ni za vreme masaže. Ostavili smo primedbu na recepciji, ali smo dobili samo jedno jadno izvinite?!
Na dan odlaska, ta drska gospođica iz spa centra (crna kosa, mladež na nosu) je bila na recepciji. Dali su nam da popunimo anketu, ali sam video da je ona anketu uzela, pročitala je sve sto smo napisali, a zatim ju je savila i stavila u džep, nakon čega ju je verovatno bacila kako bi se rukovodstvu hotela prikrilo naše nezadovoljstvo. Ukazali smo na propuste, ali nikada nismo dobili adekvatan odgovor. Neko ko ne priznaje svoje greške, smatra da ih nije ni napravio i očigledno je da ne želi ni da ih popravi. Gosti hotela ne zaslužuju da osoblje iz spa centra odlučuje ko im se dopada, a ko ne i da im spram toga određuje kako će ih tretirati? Imali smo osećaj da nas je ta gospođica iz spa-centra uzela "na zub" zato što smo joj skrenuli pažnju na rezervisane ležaljke. Napominjem još jednom da za 4 sata apsolutno niko na te ležaljke nije došao, a da su ostali ljudi uporno tražili mesto.
Inače hotel je odličan, hrana je ukusna i obilna, verujem da ćemo doći ponovo, ali se nadam da gospođicu sa mladežom na nosu više nećemo videti u hotelu. Nakon ovoliko dolazaka u hotel, prvi put nosimo sa sobom gorke utiske, takve da je možda bolje da nismo...
