Wonderful stay - first time in Niš! Centrally located and in a former traditional Turkish home - situated in Tinkers/Coppersmith Alley. Very historic spot - 5 minutes away from the Niš fortress, 5 minutes away from Skull Tower, 10 minutes from Mediana, down the street from shopping, salons and food. Super convenient. We had an issue with parking, however our host Danica was incredibly helpful. She instructed us on the best spot and how to pay to prevent parking tickets. Thank you again, Danica! Highly recommend booking Downtown Rooms!

Schreckliches Zimmer! Nicht zu wmpfehlen. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, kam uns der gestank vom Schimmel entgegen. Die Wände waren voll davon. Das Badezimmer war dreckig und sehr alt. Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer war defekt und spritzte den ganzen Boden voll. Es gab einen Minikühlschrank der leer und sehr dreckig war und ein Wasserkocher OMG siehe Fotos. Nie wieder.. Das Personal vom Hotel haben wir nur beim Check-In gesehen als wir zahlen mussten. Wir bekamen keine frischen Frottetücher rein nichts..

Great location, nice rooms and the most helpful good-mood personnel in the hotel and in the restaurant/bar. I was also very thankful for the non smoking area, which is very uncommon in Nis. I would recommend this place to everyone who want to...

Top location but only that. Small room with many problems. No one on reception I need to call on owner to make a payment. We reserve for 3 person but towels are for 2. Glass cups too is only 2. You need to be ready...
