Don't stay here, photos may mislead you to think this is a very nice place, but reality is far from it. First of all, a 'swimming pool' is improvised bathtub placed into the ground. Owners, a man and a woman who run this place, are deceiving and rude. Here is my experience, I contacted this place by phone and reserved two rooms one for me and other for my friend's family. I asked owner (a woman), to give me a total price for two nights for me and my friends family. She told me the price is 75 EUR. I agreed, couple of days later I arrived, place was fairly nice, although 'swimming pool' was a joke. Couple who runs this place was nice enough.||||Two days later during check out, price suddenly become, 300 EUR, because she calculated 75 EUR x 2 (rooms) x 2 (days). I told her this is not what we agreed upon, and that was a cue for her to start insulting me, saying that i should be happy she was not charging me more as I brought two kids with me (4 and 3 years old btw). She also told me that I am probably very poor and do not know what the luxury is and how much does it cost. ||||I was shocked and appalled and wondered how such rude person could be in hospitality industry. THREATENED BY HOST - look at other reviews with low scores, it's always about rude host, lack of service. Got to the point we wanted to avoid him at all costs, even when needed toilet paper, towels, etc.||Made the mistake of staying here while visiting Mokra. While it's true the location is beautiful and the rooms are good, dealing with the host is an absolute horrendous experience. First thing out of his mouth was complaining about tourists. Not a great start. I had messaged him weeks ago through booking.com asking if they do laundry service, and he responded he did. When we got there, apparently they don't, and we would have to find the cleaning lady, ask her ro use her machines, then stay and transfer the clothes in the dryer etc. That doesn't work if we have excursions booked. He then proceeded to yell at my partner. After returning, left a review on booking.com detailing this. His response was to threaten to release videos of us on social media. He then threatened to send his brother after us (whatever that means).||All in all, I can't fault the rooms or location, but if you don't want to have drama and threats from the terrible host, I would avoid this place at...
