BUBICA — Hotel in City of Valjevo

I visited this place in an emergency with my wife and my little son. Most of the rooms were booked but the owner decided to give us the more expensive one for the price of the cheapest available. Very clean, with 3 beds, spotless bathroom, colour TV with cable, view of the second biggest church in Serbia in the central location. Actually you will hve a river view and the view of the church! If you are on a very tight budget, check this one. We visited the nearby supermarket, and a green market just accross the street nd our food cost was a fraction of what would expect to pay in a restaurant. Freshly made cheese, kaymak, best beef salami I ever tasted, fresh ingredients for the salad, and even fresh made coffee!||||The cinema is about 100 m away, and the Museum is only about 150 m down the river. Nice walk! Do not miss to visit Gradac river if you have time - it is about 40 minutes walk from here... cleanest water in Europe!||||Next day we needed to leave by bus around 4 pm, and the owner allowed us to stay longer for no extra charge. We were attending a wedding party in Valjevo and needed a place to sleep over afterwards, so we could travel back home fresh and rested. Few friends recommended this place to us, so we decided to stay there and were not dissapointed. Easy to book, not expensive, parking available, good location close to the city center and pedestrian zone, hospitable staff, clean and nice looking room and bathroom, very comfy bed and mattress. Heating worked well, the room had a TV, beautiful view of the nearby river and church.||The only downside was that the room we got was a little bit small, but for a short stay it is perfect.
