Swimming pools (1/5): The main reason we booked this hotel, but unfortunately a big disappointment – swimming pools. The pools were overcrowded – it was impossible to swim without bumping into someone. The hotel allows too many outside visitors who are not guests, which makes the area unpleasant. The water looked murky and cloudy, with some slippery/slimy spots around. The showers even had old, expired- nasty smelling shampoo. 1/5.
Parking (1/5): On arrival, parking was almost full because of the overcrowded pools, with only the most distant spots available. Carrying all family bags(not pulling them) across gravel pavement was not a great first impression. 1/5.
Staff (3/5): Housekeeping and room service were kind and helpful. However, the dining/breakfast hostess was often away from the front desk (where room numbers are usually checked) and instead walked from table to table asking guests, apparently to catch who got past her while she was away. This happened twice during our stay and felt a bit awkward. Also, towels and bathrobes were not provided for all guests in our room – they missed one person, even though the reservation clearly showed the number of guests. 3/5.
Room (5/5): The room was beautiful, with a lovely view, a large balcony, and two bedrooms on the 4th floor. One slightly cheesy detail – you can lift the curtains and see the person showering behind a glass panel. Still, overall, 5/5.
Location (5/5): Very close to all attractions and sights in Vrnjačka Banja.
Overall: Good for a short stopover, but not ideal for a longer stay. Rent nearby villa, and If you’re really looking to enjoy the pools, it’s probably better to buy a day pass instead of staying...
Read moreWorst food you will experience in any kind of a hotel. Breakfast was fine as nothing could go wrong with the eggs, but the dinner was insanely bad. Everything was raw or cooked either way feeling like it was done 3 days ago. Of course, they could not make a refund for the dinners, which made the experience worse and no one from the staff even tried the food that they gave to us. This is not something said from one person but from multiple. Pools were tragic full of crowd and as longer you stay there they get dirtier and dirtier. There were no lifeguards at all. Outside pools were not working and no one said that to us. Slides you can rip your flesh when you go down them. Good idea to call a singers but instead in the bug hall room they decided to make it in the small paid restaurant with very loud music, you couldn’t hear your thoughts. Not recommending this to anyone. Only the rooms looked good but there are no small shampoos and you gotta bring the head and shoulders from...
Read moreStarting off the spa center was not clean where more than half of the massage fountains didn't work. In addition to this the outside Cafe didn't have utensils for meals. What set us off the edge though was that upon entering we parked in the downstairs garage (price was no where to be written and no where did it say guests only) and were led in by a worker. Later when returning the garage was closed and we went to the reception to ask what was going on. The staff and specifically the manager were rude, inconsiderate, and arrogant. To top it off the invoice which was handed out had false information written such as name (wrong last name), check in and check out date (said I stayed overnight), room number (was not a guest at the hotel), and the issuer of the invoice was false (was a woman but on the invoice was a male name). To continue we were also overcharged at the enterence and had to pay parking 8x more than the original price. If you end up going all I have to say...
