Pricey for the service and, in May 2013, a generally unwelcome atmosphere. Staff apathetic, bordering unfriendliness – either not knowing, pretending not to know, or unwilling to speak English. And sometimes plain ignorant – they would stare at my US passport, wondering why there was no Slovak visa on it (because there was no need for one - duuhh!). I trust that people in the capital city of Bratislava are not just friendlier but also more attuned to anything (going on in the world) than their fellow countrymen in Slovakia’s 4th largest city.
