Nothing to do with gastronomy and hospitality. I ordered a GRILLED chicken breast. I got it pretty fast, no issue. When I first checked already looked not grilled and cooked. I cut, sent back it was PINK. They brought it back a little bit warmed. I cut it half. Everyone can decide if it was cooked. I left it there and complained. Then the explanation came it was sous-vide. Well, first it was said it was grilled… No explanation needed if you look at the photos. Then they had me paid for it. Restaurant is mid-size, personell not as good as expected for the type and style of restaurant.

Pizza was good. Soup not so good.

Menu is completely chaotic, thus waitress must make their work chaotic. There is clearly visible a unsufficient management of restaurant, its daily menu, pricing - personell must play “around” with the configuration to get what customer requested (paraphrasing and keeping unwelcome feeling).

This restaurant is, hands down, one of the best Italian restaurants I know. I have visited Vulcano for more than 10 years, and with utmost pleasure, I can say that over the whole time, they are keeping their high quality and level without compromises. This is an amazing accomplishment in itself! Needless to say, the food is exquisite and the service is awesome. Fully recommended to try this restaurant out - and hopefully...
