Hotel Orlan — Hotel in Bratislava

Breakfast - well, there is actually option to choose, but nobody will ask you for, so you will have some cheap ham and cheese as default. To this you will have some standard additional stuff like coffee, tea, milk, yogurt and musli.

Rooms are clean and tidy, so I do not have anything about this. Air conditioning is not available, at least not for economy, but the Air conditioning wasn't use at restaurant event it was there, so not sure, that it is even working.

I have dinner as well, but it wasn't too much good. They do not cook locally, but using some company to delivery their food, so it isn't fresh, even not too much good, but it is cheap. For some dinner I recommending near italian restaurant La Vitra, who are having much, much better meal. I tried pizza and it was great!

There is great staff as well as same bad. I can imagine better behavior, but let say, that it is good.

Overall... I think that I will choose some different...

A few years ago I had an ambiguous experience at [Hotel Orlan ]. Although the accommodation had some positive aspects, there were also unfortunate misunderstandings.

First of all, the location of the hotel was pretty good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was mostly friendly, with the exception of one unpleasant encounter at reception. We had paid in advance but there was a misunderstanding and the employee claimed that we hadn't paid. This caused inconvenience during checkout.

It should be noted that this experience took place several years ago and I hope the hotel has made improvements since then. However, it is important to share such incidents to inform other travelers. Nevertheless, there are positive aspects that should not...

This is very strange, to write a review about a place I have never visited.... BUT, story goes like this: booking is made online and I wasnt charged for it till my check in (that never happened). Deadline to cancel my booking without a cancellation fee was Dec 30th 11:59PM. |My wife got flu Dec 31st, so on Jan 1st I sent an email about not coming there. Day after, I get an email about them not charging me for cancelling my stay overthere, even though I cancelled too late. Today is not so often to have a luck to deal with people like this.
