Hotel Margit — Hotel in Trenčianske Teplice

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and I am very happy to recommend it. We stayed in a room on the 1st floor (I believe No. 3) which was very spacious with even larger bathroom. The room consisted of a comfortable double bed and the sitting area with sofa, TV, fridge and writing desk. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. We also had a balcony facing the little square in front of the hotel.||The hotel is located just at the start of the pedestrian zone of the town. It is some 10 minutes leisurely walk to the lake along the main street. ||There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is very good, I would definitely recommend to stay for dinner.||The owner/manager of the hotel was very helpful and booked some treatments for us in the Pax Hotel (I would recommend the Russian lady there for reflexology - what a treat!). ||Overall, I give this hotel 5 stars. So far this is one of the best hotels I stayed in so far in Slovakia. Good location, old but clean building with high roofs and pleasant atmosphere. Stuff was friendly and helpful and also food was tasty.||Rooms might be of older equipment (e.g. TV but I am not watching those at all) but everything is working.||In general I liked it there. Vazeny pan Skulec. Ja som manzel vami komentovanej pani a bol som (s este dalsimi 2 ludmi) na obede v (asi vasej) restauracii. A ano, urcite to bola tato restauracia, kedze som v Tepliciach vyrastal a viem, kde sme boli jest! Co opisala manzelka realne odzrkadluje realitu. Zo 4 jedal boli 3 v dostatocnej kvalite. Manzelkyne jedlo bolo ake opisala. Akoze grilovane kuracie so zeleninou a hrianky. Oboje plavalo v troske omacky, ale hlavne v oleji - po stlaceni hrianky z nej kvapkal olej. Hrianka sa pritom robi vyslovne na sucho! Ja, ktory nemam problem s travenim som mal co robit, aby som to so zhnusenim nevyplul. Ukazal som to osobne obsluhe, ktora tvrdila s pokojom v tvari, ze to tak ma byt. Vyprosim si vsak, aby ste pochybovali o slovach manzelky miesto toho, aby ste sa ozvali osobne a pytali si viac informacii. Neviem z akeho dovodu google pise nespravnu info o recenzii, bola napisana pred viac ako rokom - v case prveho sv. prijimania minuly rok. Premyslite si nabuduce, ci budete komentovat negativne reakcie spochybnovanim. Vobec to nevytvara o vas dobry obraz. A co sa tyka toho, ze opisane jedlo nemate v ponuke, to nie je nas problem.
