Grand Hotel Bellevue — Hotel in Vysoké Tatry

Beginning of our stay was very bad. We have arrived and instead of the exclusive room we were promised we have received a tiny room with bed and four walls with awesome view of the parking lot instead of the mountains. When complained they have changed our room to a "classic" one which is very old, dirty floors and walls and well in desperate need of reconstruction. We decided to make it work. After dinner we were signing the check and a young man asked us how we are. We were joking around how our expectations met reality and how the marketing sold the hotel to us and reality set us in place. With laughs we parted ways. Later in our room our phone rang and the same man introduced himself as the director and that he found a new room for us and we will move it next day. The room was very modern, great and with awesome view. Everything we were promised when we were doing the reservation. So if you are lucky and you will get yourself a room in building B you will have a nice room otherwise it might be either very small or very old. Otherwise food was always great and awesome. Very very tasty and great selection of different foods. Wellness and Spa was great, so many dfferent saunas to choose from. Go check the hotel out, but please be cautious...

If you looking for best hotel around you are in right place.||Let’s start with our arrival. Front desk stuff is always smiling and they are very very helpful. Right after our check in we had amazing wine for welcome drink. Best way to start your weekend.||Room was amazing, spacious and with great view. They also prepared bed for our baby with teddy bear. This brought smile on our faces and our daughter loved it. Kudos for being so kind. ||We had a breakfast and dinner prepayed during our stay in hotel restaurant. Both were buffe style and food was delicious and with plenty of options to choose from. Waiters were very kind and always asking if we need something. Next to the restaurant is Lobby where you can chillax with glass of wine. I am recommending Skalicky rubin. Great taste.||If you our unlucky during your stay and if weather it’s not on your side, there are lots of activities you can do inside hotel:||- spa; pools with salt water also small ones for kids, saunas, Thai massage, |- bowling, billboard, fitness, table football, and even squash courts |- children playroom with lots of toys||This was for sure not our last visit in Bellevue. We had one of the most amazing stays at this hotel. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the spacious room we enjoyed, which was well-equipped and offered stunning views of both the mountains and the plains.

Every day, we eagerly looked forward to the buffet—the food was consistently delicious, and the service was incredibly attentive. After our mountain biking adventures, we would unwind in the spa, which was truly a highlight of our stay. The spa and wellness are was impressively equipped with an ice room, both cold and hot pools, and a variety of saunas and steam rooms. It became our daily sanctuary, offering the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The experience was so enjoyable that it was hard to leave.

We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and the beautiful Slovakia to anyone looking for a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. It’s an experience we won’t soon forget!
