Goat's Paradise — Hotel in Bohinj

We had such a great time staying at this lovely new apartment! Everything was super clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The big terrace by the river was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

A really special part of our stay were the animals – friendly goats and a sweet cat that made the experience feel even more connected to nature. You can clearly see how much love and care the hosts put into looking after them – it really adds a warm, personal touch.

There’s also a small pool in the garden, great for a quick refresh during the day. In the evenings, the host lights a fire for the guests, which creates a cozy and magical atmosphere by the river.

Bohinj Lake is just a 10-minute drive away, but there’s also a beautiful walking and cycling path along the river that takes you all the way to the lake – perfect if you enjoy nature and being active.

The hosts, Lucy and Miha, were super kind and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome and comfortable.

All in all, a peaceful and charming place to relax and recharge....

An Absolute Paradise – Perfect for Nature Lovers!

Goat's Paradise is truly a gem in Bohinj. The location is wonderfully peaceful, set on a private property with a pool and plenty of space to relax on the terrace right next to the Sava Bohinjka river. From here you have direct access to cycling and walking paths that lead straight through the fields to Lake Bohinj, which makes it perfect for exploring the area without needing a car.

The property itself has a unique charm thanks to the animals the owners lovingly care for. They sometimes wander freely around the grounds, which adds a calming, natural atmosphere and a special connection to nature. In the evenings, the hosts occasionally prepare a firepit, creating a warm and cozy setting to end the day.

I would highly recommend Goat’s Paradise not only to active travelers, since you are right in the heart of Triglav National Park, but also to anyone wishing to escape the rush of city life and enjoy true peace...

We had the best time at Goat's Paradise! Miha and Lucy were incredibly welcoming, making the place feel like home. The goats wandering around added to the charm, and the atmosphere was super cozy. The backyard is next to the river, and every evening there’s a campfire to relax by. They grill fresh food from the forest, and it’s absolutely delicious.

The location is stunning, and the whole experience was unforgettable. Highly recommend...
