Kavenija Apartmaji — Hotel in Maribor

My husband and I stayed here for one night, and it’s truly rare to find such a well-thought-out apartment on Airbnb or Booking.

This place has everything: a small kitchen fully equipped with dishes (plates, cutlery, toaster, kettle, a fantastic capsule coffee machine with both tea and coffee options, stove, a hand mixer, wine glasses, bottle opener, and many other thoughtful little touches), a good fridge with free water, even ice in the freezer, a huge TV with Netflix, great air conditioning, a comfortable table, and an absolutely luxurious bed with big duvets and two pillows for each — sleeping here was pure bliss.

The bathroom is split into a shower and a separate toilet, there are plenty of towels (for body, for face, for hands, towel for feet) and even a special hand towel in the kitchen. There are lovely details like a makeup mirror and hotel-style hand tissues in the room — you can really feel that everything was arranged with care and intelligence.

There’s a private parking spot right at the entrance. For €12, you can enjoy breakfast in the cafe downstairs — and I highly recommend it, the breakfast was amazing.

Wir haben 3 Nächte in einem Studio in den Kavenija Appartement verbracht. Liegt 10 Autominuten entfernt vom Zentrum in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Maribor, eine sehenswerte Stadt. Wir haben uns in jeder Hinsicht wohl gefüllt: ein Parkplatz vor der Türe, ein unkompliziertes Check-in, unser Koffer wurde hinaufgetragen, die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, stylisch, hochwertig und sehr modern, gute Betten mit gute Bettwäsche, das Bad ist sehr komfortabel, es gibt auch eine kleine Küche. Alles zum Wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück haben wir in der drunterliegenden, dazugehörenden Kaffeehaus bekommen. Schnell und freundlich serviert, reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Kaffee und Croissants sehr gut. Die Besitzerin, eine sehr feine Person, hat uns freundlich, in einem perfekten Deutsch begrüsst und uns einen süssen "Gruß" überreicht. Wenn man nicht unbedingt im Stadtzentrum übernachten möchte, sind die Kavenija Appartements die perfekte Wahl....
