Boutique & Wellness Hotel Vital — Hotel in Moravske Toplice

We traveled with a 1 year-old and decided to book something on Friday for the next day. This was one of the recommended options. I liked the fact that it has free parking, free wi-fi throughout and bonus - free breakfast (you know that food prepared and cleaned up by somebody else is a big bonus if you have a child like mine :) ). ||||They did not disappoint - actually they exceeded expectations. ||||The room was a good size, everything looks and feels like you are the first guest to have stayed there. They even made sure the room was extra warm, for our toddler.||||The receptionist made sure we knew we could ask him anything, anytime - even if he isn't there we could call his mobile phone. He made great suggestions for lunch as well as which spa to visit (there are quite a few in the area).||||Breakfast was amazing. Each table received specially cut cheese and meat selection, you could also order eggs, along with the typical continental selection of jam, honey, yogurt and cereal.||||They also have a feeding chair for the little ones and a corner with toys in the lobby/dining area that made our toddler really happy.||||We had a great stay and...

When we arrived in Moravske Toplice, we hadn't booked a room and the whole twon was full. We asked at Imperium Hotel for a room but that was full too. However, the really kind receptionist checked everywhere for us and found the last available place, at Aparthotel Vital. The receptionist here was so welcoming, so friendly and really helpful. S fantom pogosto spiva v raznih hotelih in apartmajih in žal je bila v zadnjem času tole precej slaba izkušnja. Kopalnica v sobi je dokaj stara, ampak nad tem se niti ne bi pritoževala, če bi bila le-ta čista. Sploh v Sloveniji sva vajena izredne čistoče, tu pa so bile sledi prejšnjih gostov - dlake na ploščicah in v umivalniku, tuš je bil masten, v posodici za straniščno krtačo pa je bila voda. Na omaricah je bil prah (črno pohištvo res ne dela usluge), hladilnik pa ugasnjen in v njem voda. Bilo je očitno, da nihče ni preveril, v kakšnem stanju je soba, preden sva prišla tja. Poleg tega menim, da za tak hotel, ne bi smela biti težava zamenjati počenih ploščic in odstraniti (očitno dolgotrajne) umazanije pod umivalnikom. Stene v hotelu so tako tanke, da se sliši vsak korak na hodniku in tudi jokajoč otrok zjutraj ni bil nič prijetna polurna budnica. Ob navodilih v hišnem redu, naj gostje pomijejo posodo in odnesejo smeti, sva se le nasmejala.

Sta pa bili obe punci na recepciji zelo zelo prijazni. Pohvala obema! Dekle s temnimi lasmi in očali nama je dala dobre napotke, kje lahko degustirava vino. (Kritizirala nisva na recepciji, ker rešiti v tistem trenutku ne bi mogli nič, poleg tega pa nisva želela pokvariti dneva študentki, ki ni kriva za nobeno od teh stvari.) Tudi lokacija hotela je dobra za odkrivanje Prekmurja.
