Mia Guesthouse — Hotel in Upravna Enota Ljubljana

Let's start of with the good parts. The male host was very friendly and helped us with our needs. He even gave us crossaints and Prosecco for NYE. The female host on the other hand was really unfriendly and didn't have mandatory english skills. The rooms do not look like the pictures at all. Heating was not functioning and we didnt have warm water at all times. The living room was unbearably cold which made it unusable. The walls in the living room were also moldy, which made staying in there for a longer periode of time even worse. You could not ventilate the kitchen or the bathroom, because the windows led to a room filled with trash. (Insanely bad smell) The toilet flush ran over multiple times and the shower didnt have a shower head holder. The electricity cut off multiple times while we were cooking. For me, spending 4 nights at Mia B&B was a good stay. The room was not very spacious at all but the bed was comfy and clean and that was enough for my girlfriend and I. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and basic, and the common area downstairs was 'homey' (perfect for couples and families). ||||The location was a good 10-min walk from the center, which was what I wanted, but if you want to be in and around the action of the center then I would go with a place closer to town. ||||Even though I stayed here at peak season, in the middle of my backpacking trip , the B&B was never too loud - although you can hear people through the walls at time. ||And, I really appreciated the washing machine. ||||(Also, the breakfasts weren't that good, it's better to...

I booked one night in transit from Croatia to Germany. I could not sleep at all becaise of the noise that the clients were doing to go to the bathroom ( one bathroom for 7 rooms at second floor). The walls were so thin that you can hear everything what others speak in the others rooms. The room was clean but the bed was not so comfortable. The bathroom was not so clean, and tha paint above the shower is almost falling on you. The only good thing is wi fi. If you are in transit and you think that os cheap and a night doesn't matter... believe me sleep is important and here you can't sleep.If you stay longer probably is worse....
