Hotel Grahor — Hotel in Upravna enota Sežana

I'm usually not a guy of it WAS SO AWESOME kind of reviews, but this hotel totaly has earned one ;) This hotel is just awesome in terms of value for money. Very nice rooms, free parking and a breakfast out of this world. A stunning big selection of fresh fruits, cereals, jam and so on. You even get freshly made eggs with awesome crudo and as much great coffee (espresso, capuccino, americano, ...) as you want. The service is impeccable and super helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Koper/Piran even Ljubljana area it's worth the extra minutes. Way better than any hotel at those places and way cheaper. ||As icing on the top they have an amazing restaurant as well. Within the 4 nights we spent in the hotel we didn't went out for dinner to any other place because the food was just great. Whole fish perfectly done in salt crust, amazing T- bone steaks, home made pasta with truffles, great salad and a fantastic service team are just a few highlights of this place. The prices are very low compared to restaurants on the sea side. A lot of local business people or even Italians visit the restaurant, so I guess it has a well known reputation in the area. I can also just recommend to go there for dinner even if you are not staying...

The system in hotel is AWFUL! they said to pay amount on Friday when reservation has been made and ONE OPTION- BY BANK TRANSFER urgently. From another country to another it takes minimum 2 business days. The date was booked from Sunday to Monday. And in the morning of Monday they told that they are not letting passports to the people, because they don’t have money on their account. OF COURSE they don’t have it. Silly to make urgent reservation paid only by bank transfer and they must take money not by transfer as they said, but by charging the card and not letting other option. They don’t know, that for searching of transaction they need to say NUMBER OF TRANSACTION to their bank. We pay by cash 3000€ and the same amount by bank transfer and we still don’t know if they will return our money that we send them by bank transfer back. The receptionist said that the receipt of transfer is FAKE. Very...

Very nice hotel in a small quiet area. The hotel main lounge breakfast area are very comfortable and well lit. There is a terrace which in summer must be quite nice.||The room, number 26, was comfortable and had a balcony. |Everything worked, bed firm and internet strong signal. The room lamps had a unique violin motif which was charming. ||The hotel has a restaurant which was delicious. We had a black truffle pasta , followed by well prepared veal. Wine was reasonable and an extensive list. The restaurant was very upscale, definitely a place that has quite a following.||The breakfast buffet was a large inviting choice of many options. You can have eggs cooked to order. I also asked for a cappuccino, which was made for me. ||There is a pool, which is not heated. The hotel has a sauna and whirlpool, they were not open...
