Ottimo ristorante, vicino all'hotel Grahor e con la stessa gestione. Locale molto elegante, sicuramente di livello superiore alla media della zona, servizio molto curato, con l'unico difetto (tipico di Slovenia e Croazia) che verso la fine della cena i camerieri evaporano e non se ne vede più nemmeno uno. Anche farsi fare il conto non è così semplice e veloce! Chissà poi perché... Cucina davvero squisita, iniziata con un'entrée di paté di fegato d'oca, offerta dallo chef. La Lubianska era perfetta, i funghi porcini davvero buonissimi! Prezzo un po' più alto della media, ma c'è da tenere conto del livello dell'offerta, della qualità delle materie prime e del servizio. Quella sera nel locale c'era una festa con una trentina di invitati ed un DJ, quindi la musica era abbastanza forte anche se piacevole (in Slovenia amano la musica italiana, evidentemente). In effetti avrei apprezzato di più una cena un po' più silenziosa... Questo comunque non sposta il mio voto di 5 stelle su 5.

I camerieri sono cordiali, gentili, informati sui piatti e sulla zona. Parlano sloveno, italiano ed inglese. Sono in grado di creare una atmosfera casalinga e familiare in un ristorante di classe ed alta cucina. I piatti preparati sono buonissimi il paté di carne è squisito come anche i carpacci. A mio parere il migliore tra quelli di carne è quello di puledro con un sapore deciso ed aromatizzato. Il filetto in salsa di Terrano era ottimo, il filetto si scioglieva in bocca grazie a quella salsa che gli dava quella marcia in più. Un altro aspetto positivo di questo locale è che rimane aperto dall'ora di pranzo fino alle 23 e si può continuare a mangiare o rimanere lì a chiacchierare in quiete cercando di smaltire il pranzo. Molto buono l'amaro all'artemisia. Il prezzo è intorno ai 50 € a testa con un abbondante antipasto, secondo, dolce e vino.

Bad experience. No vegetarian option, I couldn't order vegetarian dishes from meat menu (the answer was that I can get the dish only if I order whole 5 course meat menu). They also didn't want to serve the 5 course menu to my partner (he could get it only if I also ordered it, which is totaly wierd). Cheese plate (20 eur) was not worth it, made of cheap cheeses from supermarket. Too expensive and...
