After two weeks in the bush my husband and I were looking forward to catching up on news and some tennis as Le Must advertised DSTV and wi-fi. Both services were problematic. Amanda, a housekeeper, could not help us to connect and sent Serena, who told us that DSTv was not available and Netflix should do. Netflix was not available either and both ladies retired for the night, leaving us without either DSTv and Netflix. I tried to connect via wifi and my phone to the tennis and was able to watch some, but the wi-fi was unstable. We noticed that there were four big holes in the bottom sheet. I took photos. When brought this detail to the attention of the staff I was explained that the room was prepared by a casual. In my opinion the sheet should have been removed from rotation. The bathroom was clean but the refilled bottles of toiletries had clogged nozzles, especially the room spray. The view was onto the back with seven washing lines full of washing. The B&B is nestled along the Orange River with the garden and pool overlooking the river. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets await visitors.
The B&B is run by an efficient, professional and welcoming team who hold themselves to high standards. The house's interior is a contemporary mix of modern and rustic. The wood is well treated and reminds one of being back in the 1800s when mining made many Northern Cape residents very wealthy. Yet, the bar is quite modern and the wifi being easily accessible as all information is one a neat frame.
The breakfasts served are wonderfully tasty and prepared with fresh juice and rich flavorful coffee awaiting visitors after a great night's sleep.
The rooms are wonderfully spacious with powerful fans and air conditioning units providing a welcome escape from the heat. The rooms are also secluded, ensuring maximum privacy.
I highly recommend Le Must Residence to all who want a vacation in the Northern Cape. Trust me, you'll be extremely satisfied from...

We had Room 1 – which when we booked was titled ‘The Presidential Suite’ – I don’t think they call it that anymore – but it was truly splendid, featuring a large balcony overlooking the gardens, along with a spacious sitting room and bedroom/bathroom. The situation on the banks of the Orange River is perfect, with a welcome breeze off the river and lovely views. But setting aside the beautiful setting, the best thing about Le Must is the management team of Serena and Jakes. They were so kind and helpful, arranging restaurant reservations and acting as taxi drivers, taking us out to the airport to pick up a rental, and happily accommodating us for a few hours before our (late...
