Le Bonheur Manor — Hotel in ǁKhara Hais Local Municipality

We travel to Upington twice a month on average for the last 3 years on business.We booked 5 rooms for a three night stay. We arrived to find substandard and outdated rooms . There is also no on site parking and your vehicle has to stay outside. We considered staying only to find toads in the cupboards. That was the last straw and three member of our team left. Two members opted to stay and had their wheelcaps stolen.||The owner called to apologise and was almost hysterical that her "staff" had not cleaned and done due diligence. Despite all here pleading we did not return . The final straw was when she refused to refund our money. The sum of R 5400.00 was paid and never refunded. She first claimed not to recall anything . Then after the fifth call she seemed to remember and offered a part refund which sufficeth to say has never materialised. I would not recommend this accommodation to anybody .There are far nicer and cost effective places in the area with safe off street parking and...
