Was looking for a great Guesthouse / Boutique hotel along the West coast of Cape Town with great views of Table Bay and the Classic Bay and Table Mountain View and while reviewing all the options , found this amazing place. You honestly feel like you're home with great family here and the facilities are World Class with gorgeous spacious rooms, all with their own en suite bathrooms , deep soaking bath tubs and every amenity one could desire. The room I had (Island Room) had a huge wraparound deck with incredible views of the bay, Robben Island and of course, Table Mountain. The linens (bath towels and bed linen were top class and new) ; there was a convenient honesty bar refrigerator in the room as well as a Nespresso machine with pods, fresh milk and tea bag options. The setting was calm and peaceful so one could really unwind and just relax completely . The pool area was amazing with a large pool, fire ring area below and a very cool Koi pond. There is also a well equipped gym . The breakfasts are huge and have so many options. You really dont need to eat lunch after the hearty breakfast that Brian (the host and owner) along with his lovely staff serve up for the guests. Brian and his wife, Nicole are incredible hosts and go out of their way to make one feel at home in this gorgeous guest house , so much so that I really did not want to leave for me next stop on my journey. As Americans we are pretty high maintenance when it comes to choosing hotels and accommodation and I can assure any of my fellowmen/women that Gull on The Bay is Legit and will blow your mind . Highly recommend that you stay here during your trip to...

Read moreStay was non existing due to the criminal Christian management, was denied accommodation by direct discrimination and a breach of equality law. Constitution is there for a reason. Definitely taking this to the courts as they were very poor on initial service of communication which led to me stranded and at risks which costly. The one and only speedy reply I received was the business stating there wonderful Christian and criminal behavior and labeling me disgusting. I never and won't stand for such behavior from such people in a new and beautiful country with a strong Constitution that will swiftly correct their ungodly behavior.. and by definition of the Highest Courts a criminal act. Such places should long ago have been wiped off the face of this fare and equal world we live in with Rights...
